I would like to change my company email address. I have already gone into company information and changed it there, but when i send invoices by email, it is still sending them from my old email address. How do i change the email address my quickbooks uses to contact customers?
GO to Edit > Preferences > Send Forms > My Preferences screen
Check Web Mail or Outlook selected.
If it;s Web Mail, you may have to change Email id selection from there.
If it’s Outlook, you need to change at main Outlook mail.
